Message	buyers into a false sense of security. They have no ability to provide you with any legal recourse without YOU paying for it, for example. If it means that much to you - (moving, big ticket expenses, etc) don't rely on someone else to take care of your interests. Do you think some moron who never met you cares about your problem? Do your own research. Any reputable company can provide references.
