| Ordered some 18 inch gtv's directly from enkei...they came with the most hideous center caps i've ever seen. so, i call up stillen to order their center caps. talked to a very nice salesperson named Dean Doan. Only cost me $20 for four center caps. Anyway...get the "center caps" in the mail today. guess what those people sent me? some bloody stickers. yeah, they sent me stickers that go OVER THE CENTER CAPS. so in essence, i paid five dollars apiece for some stillen stickers. i specifically asked for "CENTER CAPS" from Dean. he assured me that i would love these when i got them. so, i call dean back up after i see that i was sent stickers instead of "center caps." he proceeds to tell me that they do not in fact sell "center caps," they only sell badges that go over the center caps. so i asked him why he didnt' tell me that on the phone when i was ordering. he had nothing to say to that. so i told him i wanted to return the stickers, and he proceeds to tell me that there will be a 20% re-stocking fee and no refund on my freight charges...($10) So whats the point of returning the stickers, then? I told him that since he was the one that made the mistake, he should waive the restocking fee. He wouldn't do it. I asked to speak to a manager and he transfers me to some damn voicemail. Call up again...get the runaround once again. Finally, I talked to some guy who claims to be a manager and he says that he will refund the purchase price, but not the freight. I directly told him to fuck himself and to take me out of his database, and off of his mailing list. Point of the story is...these guys are thieves. I can't believe any self respecting company would expect me to pay for their obvious mistake, or obvious ommission. I will never do business with them again. And guys, if you do want to order from stillen ( dont' know why anyone would...they are so fucking overpriced in the first place) be careful...these guys are a bunch of vultures. Rant over...I'm keeping the damn "center cap" stickers.
