Message	...and I preface this by saying that this is totally unrealistic and not practical - I would pull every single member of our armed forces, cvilian support staff, etc out of every single land, everywhere. Announce that within 30 days that everyone is coming home and that from now on the US will be using her military might to guard her borders (and outside interests such as the Virgin Islands, Guam, etc). If the rest of the world has a conflict or some madman has started killing all of your people - look to France and Russia since they seem to know it all and believe *everything* has a peaceful solution. Again, not practical, but screw those other countries - whenever they need a friggin handout, who do they call first ? Our men and women die to keep their asses safe (hey France remember WWI & WWII ? What about the Vietnam war where we tried to clean up the shit you started ?) and we never get any support. Ahhh - sorry I needed to rant :)
