I think that this is a very interesting time for Z32's as there are alot of project cars out there that are going to put down impressive #'s. There's also alot of new electronics coming out in various forms. This thread, La-Z-Link in my opinion is the essence of tt.net and what it's role is becoming. I just didn't want it to get lost pages back and lost out for the crowd to have input. I personally would like to hear more. My opinions on the general concept are as follows. Sorry if this is repetitive but I don't think this is something to take lightly. Firstly, competition is a healthy thing. It stimulates the mind of those who are capable of being stimulated (everyone knows who they are). Second, the entire process IS a "means to an end". What the end is is not what appears to be the subject of any of theses threads be it Ashspec, PFC, Electromotive, whatever. It's easiest for me to understand ahead of time that people are likely to arrive the same place through taking different routes. Some cheaper, some a total waste, but nevertheless arriving at the same destination. The destination in my mind is to provide the car owner with TWO choices. TWO tuned (as best as can be done given car indaviduality [no two cars with the same mods will function identically]) eproms. One for everyday pump gas get my ass to work in traffic eprom and another I gotta itch to go get 113 octance and drag eprom AND the ability to choose between the two. Tuning IS an art. The variables that have to be taken into consideration are infintesible at times it seems. It would be nice if the group could quit the infantile "your mamas" and get to the issue at hand. Take a step back and try to learn. Take the good and leave the bad. If this forum is the only place to vent frustrations then some should reevaluate. Personally I hope to learn something from everyone who is thoughtful enough to post here. If it, in my opinion, is the most assenine post in the history of posts, I can give my input without being accusatory and take my criticisms without taking them personally. My grandad wasn't a wealthy guy, but prolific he was. He used to say "Boy, if you're gonna be stupid you gotta be tough." As long as I understand that it's kinda easy. Congrats on the numbers and I hope that the information will be shared in a timely, complete manner for the benefit of those of us who want to learn. And that, is the rest of my story. Thanks for your indulgence.
My NA got boost!!
