Subject	Just Got HKS hardpipe kit Question on install

Message	I just received my HKS hardpipe kit from boostsolutions and I cant seem to get the factory rubber hoses off. Is their something I am missing? I loosened the hose clamps that hold the original hoses on but they did not move. IM sure its something simple IM not doing some help would be great. Thanks
