I gave my spare to a female (now my fiance) who knew exactly what I thought of my car. She is too scared of hurting the car to even think about driving it. :) I've trained her well. So, you are correct ... giving it to just any ol' college aged female is not a wise idea. But, given the option of trusting a guy or girl with it (in that age group), I would go with the female. Mostly my opinion and experience though ... may not be true for others. It's always safest if you or a blood relative has it.
