And first off, my wife knows not to drive my Z unless I explicitly tell her she can, and I am with her. She knows better not to ask other wise. "Can I take your car to the bank" would not be heard in my house. Not because I am a tyrant, but because she knows how much time and effort I put into the car. To her, a car is something you get in, turn the key and drive. Period. I respect her things, and she respects mine. That's part of a marriage. If your wife expects to take your car all of the time, doesn't care for it, wrecks it, etc. then you have huge problems my friend. Your issues have nothing to do with the car, but with respect. If you don't have it, you need to start moving any money you have to offshore bank accounts, or convert it to cash and store it with a close friend because you're headed for the D word. IMHO
