The stock T-28 turbos are rated at 650-680 horsepower. Mine are a ceramic coated version of the T-28 with an even larger wheel, and an even larger port out both sides of the turbos to flow even more air. These two turbos combined flow about the sasme cfm's as a T-66 or a T-70. This along with a 100 shot dual fogger setup gives me at least 780 by the lowest factory rating.
