Message	The shop we use replaces everything except exhaust and compressor housings. The entire center section, shaft, wheels are replaced, fully blanced, etc. It isn't the cheapest rebuild but it is basically new. We have had plenty of problems with rebuilt turbos in the past, but we have learned our lesson. We are dealing with a shop that doesn't skimp on anything. Upgrades also available.
