1st was to work out a cheap price so I can keep the cost down for customers. 2nd to make sure that I can get a nickel bath for the same cost. I worked everything out and pretty satisfied with costs and work done. There are a few imperfections here and there but nothing that in noticable to someone that isn't looking for them and they are usually on the underside which is a big whoop cause you can even see them. I have one listed on EBAY right now if you want to see. I can't seem to chrome plate the TB's since I need a special tool to remove the TB bearings. I can polish them nicely but no where near as bling bling as the chromeplating can do. It is like comparing a dirty car to a brand new fully waxed one. The dirty looks better than most other cars but the fully waxed one is sweet. Oh by the way the chemical treatment they had was a success. It took us about 4 treatments to get a nice good coating system considering the plenum material is so pourus and such a nasty material. It takes me a while to get a smooth surface, but once you kill all the casting and smooth them over... they look sweet.
