I've had my fake CF stickers for many years now and always
liked the way they look... its one of the few concessions I'll make away from stock.Here is a pic of the AVC-R. A buddy who is a professional stereo installer made this for me by hand.. I took apart the AVC-R per Damon's tech page (he painted his). I took the avc-r front plate and the original tray that went in this slot. He basically got the dimensions of the opening from the tray, then proceeded to attach a big block of bondo to the front plate of the avc-r . He then started filing this down so it is all one piece (it even continues the "curve" that is present in the plastic front of the avc-r). After done, we painted it flat black. I always get compliments on how it looks like it came from the factory.
