Message to squat for a little more weight transfer to the rear wheels for added traction. Putting in the subframe bushings to help solidify the suspension->unibody back there will help on the hopping and leave the suspension soft for ride comfort and weight transfer... Although, setting them hard will help too and is the quickest, cheapest fix... :)
