Message	I think since you've already reported it to the police there isn't much you can do. What I would have done is got someone to look up their plate number (outside of the normal channels) and gained information on who they are, where they live, etc. Once you have them by their balls you can ask for cash, and threaten them with legal action to "encourage" them to pay up. You have their plate number and most likely they did not get yours. You could pretty much do anything you want to at that point as long as you're slick about it, since they have no idea who you are.
