Message	school. I know of nothing that says that Miranda has to be read to a juvy at the time of the arrest. The only issues that I know of regarding juvy and interrogation is that in most cases the parents have to be present. The only issue regarding "Miranda" centers around interrogation and two issues. 1) Was it custodial?? ie. was the person free to leave. In this case "NO" 2) Was the person asked questions?? In this case if he was not asked questions regarding the arrest then Miranda does not have to be given.
