Message	it seems to me that people need to calm down a bit in general. -what you did was wrong, but you corrected the action -what he did was a bit overboard, and probably done in a fit of annoyance -your reply did not handle it very gracefully -someone else ends up getting pissy about your reply -and so forth and so on as other people get involved... sometimes people need to step back and look at things before they get too worked up over everything.
