Message	In fact I think the stock ones are made by Clevite. Bearing fail for one of four main reasons. Improper installation, oil starvation, detonation, or oil contamination. Either one of those will ruin any bearing. Most likely yours failed because of detonation. That is the leading cause of bearing failure in turbo cars.
