Message I said by changing the MASS of the rotating system and leaving the DAMPER unchanged you have changed how the system responds to the same input. In other words, the natural frequency of the system has now changed and the same excitement modes and frequencies.
Can you say that it is better ot worse than a stock pulley on a stock flywheel? I'm guessing not, since no-one can even show what the pulley is actually used for.
