I recently had both installed at the same time. I've put several hundred miles on them now. I've noticed exactly what Zen describes. RPM increase faster, but they also decrease faster. My 94 NA feels more "race car-like". I like to downshift and having the lighter flywheel allows me to get into a lower gear faster. I'm having some hesitation in gear if my RPMs aren't above 2700 and I never had that problem with the stock piece. Overall I have to say it's worth it to me, but I don't recommend it for everyone. The biggest gains I had came from the JWT intake, Stillen exhaust, JWT ECU, and lightened Unorthodox Racing crank pulley. As an alternative the a light weight flywheel, you might consider a cro-moly or carbon drive shaft and/or super light weight wheels. My opinion on clutches is you will enjoy the superior holding power of an upgrade. No more slippage.
