Message	Wait for a few people who know Steve to post, all about how he's a great guy and how they got great service, and how he is really trying hard, etc, etc. My answer - who gives a fuck ? He can be the nicest guy in the world (and when he DID answer the phone, he was), but if you can't deliver products to people, on time, as promised, outside of your circle of friends, then get out of the business. In my opinion, either do it right or don't do it at all.
