Message being polished and the etchant solution. Most of the etchants are toxic. We electropolish tantalum and tungsten metals to beautiful shines, but the hardest part is making enough solution to fit a semi-large part (and then doing it safely). A lot of the reactions are exothermic, so bubbling and heat are often concerns. Don't get acid burn, or blaze your garage to the concrete... and have fun! :)
