you may want to invest in some rpm adjustable drills. I have about $800 worth of polishing tools now and I still don't think I have enough. I have polished a lot of other non Z related items and they were almost all a piece of cake. Most Z stuff is a bitch to polish, just take it slow and remember up and down....side to side. And, I am not just talking karate kid.... I seriously mean that process works. You should get familiar with all compounds, oxidantes, polishes and emerys. Do a LOT of research and then start off. I know you want to make money, but you are going to put out a half assed product and people will talk trash..... just ask SL03 (Shawn Lane). I suggest learning the process and then learning what applies to the Z. Remember some parts in the Z aren't cast... some are.... some are a silica base... others aren't. Good luck.
