I'm not saying that you won't get the product ... I got my seats and quite honestly love them. It just sucks that you can never get in touch with a human there (most the time their phone just rings and rings and no one answers). The other thing that really sucks is the length of time it takes them to deliver ... I waited for a full month (30 days) to get my seats. If they had told me that it would take 30 days to get them, it wouldn't have been an issue, but they told me multiple times that the seats were in stock and would ship out the same day or next day upon purchase. This didn't happen ... in fact, nothing was shipped out until 25 days after the purchase was made and my card was billed. Throughout that time period, I called about a dozen times and sent at least as many E-mails to try to get a status report and no one could give me any info on the order. In the end, I'm just glad I got ANYTHING from them - I had my doubts after 3 weeks had ellapsed and nothing had even been shipped.
