: The LS-1s are awesome engines. Intake, exhaust, free mods. Those suckers pull some 12s. : Gas mileage??? Give me a break! A 6 speed LS1 will get better gas mileage than a 300ZX, well my Z anyways. They get around 21-25 cruising and 17 or 18 city. : Once then engine breaks in they scream. : For 2001 theres a new special SS package. It comes with some exhaust work, the ram air, hood, spoiler, wheels, tires etc. : The SS really isnt anything more than a reg. z28. But looks alot better IMO. I love my 300ZX(for sell btw) and Supra TT. But i miss that low end grunt :) I got a 94 camaro v6 going in for a engine transplant. Im in the process of it now. You all we see soon enough ill get pictures posted. : The camaros handle fair, get hotchkis suspension and they are pretty good. They murder everything down here on the auto X except some Rx7s. They can swing that tail end out better than we can :) : I say go for it. Nothing like a warrenty :)
