Message I tighten the lugs as much as possible with the car in the air then, I put the car down enough that the wheels won't rotate, but not all of the car's weight, and tighten them to 95-100lbs. When I got the larger wheels and the aftermarket lightweight lugs, it was recommemnded to me to up the lbs.

Don't think your rotors are warped.
I've also heard that if you upgrade to good tention rods, rather than the the rubber one we have, that will minimalize the road feel thru the wheel. These big rotors over emphasize any runout we may have in the whole suspension/brake system.
