My advice to other forum members was to NOT deal with them at all. As far as the E-mails you've sent them - you'll never hear back from them. The only way you'll ever communicate with anyone there is if you call them. Even then, they'll BS you on the phone just to get rid of you (their BS secretary is very nice by the way). It took them over a month to ship my seats here despite the fact that they told me multiple times that they were "in stock" and would "ship out the next day." Well, that never happened. It took about 30 phone calls to finally get them shipped out ... and even then, they got my address wrong and it took even longer. Based on my experience with them, I would never buy from them again ... or recommend them to anyone. Their listed prices are pretty good, but there are other people to buy those products from for virtually the same price with much better customer service. An easy way to find an OBX distributor is to do a search on Ebay and find someone with a bunch of OBX stuff listed. Then, go to their home site and see if they carry the OBX line of goods. As long as they distribute some of it, they can get the OBX gauges (even if they don't normally stock them). Just be sure they've got a good rep and all. Good luck.
