Message	first and since your in there spend the $$ on improving and upgrading that end first. Also by doing the mech's first any blemishes to the body caused by tools and working on the car can be taken care of later when you do the exterior looks. Also if the car looks like a million bucks and wont make it out of the drive way whats the point.
