Message no adjustment needed at all.
The Max clutch has more clamp load then any other clutch out there.....To try and hold huge HP with a single disc requires a high high clamp load.....other clutches will slip with High HP, RPS will not.
The Z hydrollic system is weak and has trouble releasing a high clamp load clutch.... It would be better to use a twin disc clutch where half the pressure is needed....But RPS is trying to make something affordable to the Big HP guys.
The Max clutch does require adjustment and for me it is an easy process.....some have trouble....Rob At RPS did not make the Z hydrollic system and he is doing his best to work with what is there.
Most people only need the sport clutch. The Max is only needed for BIG turbos....a lot of guys buy them for stock turbos and they do not need it.

RPS could make the Max clutch with less pressure like all the other makers and you would not need to adjust the pedal, But then it would slip like all the others....I believe RPS is doing a great job!
