Message Ok, some have asked ( Instant message ) and on here about the Yellow TT. Well, it was supposed to be last Wednesday, then Thursday, well it's tomorrow for sure and here's why and what happen to get to this point.

Like some may remember when I first posted on this. The Mom owns the Yellow Z. Her son also owns a 1991 Red TT. Only his car has blown turbo's and is down right now. So they ( the family ) are one car short of giving me the Z. So the son takes the mom's daily car which is a Lexus to night school and she drive the Yellow Z to work and back and Dad drives the SUV. So they put there son's Z in the shop and told me about this while I was there last week. So I asked them ( the parents ) if the mechanic knew the turbo Z32. They said that he was a really good mechanic and has worked on many cars for years and years. Then I said again, does he know the Z32 and know what he's getting into. Because I knew he was going to replace those turbo from under the car which is a major pain in the ass.

So the car went into the shop and before that the father asked me if I could help out, that I could pick up the Yellow car sooner. I told him I don't have that kinda time, I run my own company and have two daughters. But anyway, they said that they would give the mechanic my number if he had any questions. Well, got a call yesterday on the cell out of the blue. It was the mechanic working on the Z. Talked to the guy for about 30min. Very, very cool guy, got a bit of his mechanical back ground. Mostly the American muscle type which I figured to be the case from the start. He starts by asking me how does he get the piping down from out of the turbo. I was like which side are you on? He said battery side. I was like so you haven't even looked over there on that drivers side yet. No not yet, because we all know the driverside is hell. Then after talking more and more, he finally come out and says that for the first time, he doesn't think he can do this.and I really could tell that he was disappointed in saying that, I really do. But he also said that he has 6 cars in the shop also waiting and that he really doesn't have the time to devote on just one car like this. Even thought he really, really wants to tackle this job and the manual says that it's rated at 15 labor hours. Then I told him, Yea, that's 15 hours for someone that knows what there doing as well. So he put the car back together and I guess gave it back.

Well, seeing that I truly take over payments on the car starting for Feb. The parents and I have talked since then and they said that the car is mine on the first no matter what. We did all the contracts on it last Wednesday, so been a done deal. But the first of the month is now legal rights and there very nice people so it's all good. I called and put the car on my insurance tonight and I pick it up ( 3rd times a charm ) tomorrow at 9:30am. I also have a Z meet tomorrow and where meeting at the 2003 Portland car auto show at 11am. So just wanted some to know that this is a real deal and not some fictitious story,,,,lol. So pic's when I do get it :)

As for the sons car, unsure, they didn't bring it up tonight at all :/

STAGE V++++
Going to XV+ and beyond :)
