In Reply To how much boost can a stock engine handle with stock turbos? (n/m) posted by RookieZTT on January 29, 2003 at 06:41 PM

Message If you want to be safe and your car is BONE STOCK:
Dont turn up the boost.

If you want to be safe and have a JWT ECU, etc:
Dont go past 14psi and tune with EGTs

If you want to be safe and have a JWT ECU plus injectors, etc..:
Dont go past 18psi, because the stock turbos will start to become inefficient and fuel wont be your problem and tuen with EGTs...

If you want to be safe and have Sport 500s and JWT ECU:
Dotn go past 11-12psi and tuen with EGTs

If you want to be safe and have Sport 500s, JWT ECU, and injectors:
Tune with your EGTs

Be nice to your car.
