Message	and pinion gears. This has to be done spot-on perfect. No a job for a shadetree mechanic. Most autorepair shops will only remove and replace units. However, if you find a gear shop, then they may work with you on some of the more technical parts. My advice, get a new or used unit complete and R&R with your labor. gordo
