Message	BBB is only good if the shop is a member. I would find a lawyer that gives the first consult free. At least find out what your options are and what they think it would cost. My bet is it would take a simple letter from a lawyer suggesting settlement before going to court. Other option might be to find a TV station that has a consumer protection segment. Most businesses don't want to see that type of thing on TV.
