I'm thinking you didnt hook up the vacuum line that HAS to go into the larger nipple on the Greddy BOV for it to work. Sounds like you didn't do that and so when the boost will over come the spring pressure (which would be like 3 psi) your BOV will leak, due to this line not being connected.
