Message	upper arms too. its just taking out the interior plastics thats time consuming, after that its easy, two bolts on top, one on bottom, and out it comes. BTW you will need a spring compressor of some type. Also if you have not done so, now would be a excellent time to install a set of adjustable upper arms.
