Ever heard of pressure drop across ICs? On paper and in theory, you can be right, but in the real world, our cars have shitty ICs, and the pressure drop across those bitches will scare you. 15 psi on the recirc --> BOV valves might not leak cause the ICs don't drop a bomb yet, but even if our stock turbos can somehow manage 25 psi, you flow that air across our ICs and see if your converted to BOV valves will start to leak.
