Subject	house paint overspray any suggestions?

Message	I was painting a house and didn't judge the wind right. Anyways i got a lot of white paint dots on my hood. Any suggestions on getting those out without harming my paint? Also while I'm at it whats the consensis on getting rid of swirlmarks completely? Are there any methods that will fix it long term? Polish helps but not for very long. Thanks for reading
