| Modern technology with these radars is great. They can clock you while rolling in the oposite direction. That's great and all, but it doesn't pertain to the situation here. The officer never clocked the Z. Not at all. He clocked Honda with his radar, not the Z. Then he handed a speeding ticket to the car that he clocked (the Honda) and an identical ticket to a car that he did not clock (the Z). The officer even told the Z owner that he clocked the HONDA, not him. No speed measurement was taken from the Z. This should clear things up a bit.
