As part of the latest group buy, I ordered the synthetic aluminium dash kit. I had three problems with them, and as I fully believe in letting people know when a merchant does you wrong, here are the three: 1. They overcharged me, not giving me the group buy price. They later rectified this, refunding me the difference, but it took about a week between when I noticed this, and I got my money back
2. When I sent an email asking when it would be shipped (approx 4 days after recieving the invoice), I recieved a snippy email back saying 'Can't you read the invoice? It says four to seven days' The subtext was along the lines of you diot, can't you read?
3. When it finally did ship, they had the address throughly wrong, even though it was correct on the emailed invoice I was sent. Additionally, it was held up at the border because there were no Customs declarations on it (Apparently it is made in Mexico) The only reason I found out it was sitting at the local UPS delivery station was because I emailed Joshua Tree asking where my order was. They never sent me a trackin number until I asked, even though they claimed they would do so as soon as the item shipped. On the plus side, the kit looks good. Now I have to go install it. Dave 90TT
