Normally, professional racers (Steve Millen) prefer the natural feel of a vehicle without the help of rear-steer, so they would get the HICAS eliminator, i.e. the car would powerdrift more naturally. For regular drivers, eliminating the HICAS would serve little advantage unless if your HICAS were broken. Replacing the HICAS with the eliminator is alot more cost-effective than replacing the HICAS themselves.
