I removed the exhaust manifolds of the Z and matched the plate up and found that the manifold was overlapped by close to an entire 1mm. I couldn't believe it. There was also a big chunk cast piece that was just sitting there hampering flow. I have ported manifolds before but this was the worst one I had ever seen (and ironically it was mine). This is a shot of a set of TB that I finished in record time. I recently bought a press for cheap and was testing it out. What used to take me 4 hours now only takes me 45 minutes. It is so cool and I think is a lot better finished product. Note the TB are not polished only the inlet has been ported. La-Z-Link
