Message	beats Stillen stuff anytime, but I got them for $150 "buy it now" not $174. Anyways its made by "TOP SPEED" or at least thats what the sealed box said anyways. They are kinda heavy also, because they have a really thick gauge steel welded nicely. I can vouch for him since I bought more than a dozen Z goodies from him and received them a week later after the auction, really fast shipping considering he is NY and i'm on the other side "CA". His shipping rates are'nt a rip off either, anyways good luck!!
