| my clutch is starting to slip. i can't accelerate hard on fourth nor fifth without the clutch slipping. furthermore, i can't spin the tires anymore from launch. according to the FAQ, the clutch pedal adjustment would cure this problem. i noticed that the clutch engages/disengages at the very top of the release. i tried to adjust it and followed the instructions in the FAQ. all this did was to move the entire pedal down closer to the firewall. the clutch still engages and disengages at the very top of the release. the only difference is that the entire clutch pedal assembly is now closer inward. do i need a new clutch? or did i conduct the adjustment improperly? your input would be much appreciated and can potentially save me a lot of money if i don't have to replace my clutch. thanks again.
