| Secondly, did you even try to contact Ultimate Z to straighten this out? Obviously they had a reason to do what they did, it wasn't just to ruin your day. They are a long time vendor here and I doubt you will get and respect or credibility by coming here and shooting your mouth off. Find out what happened and then deal with it.
