If the kid fully built this motor, and the car is fast as hell, he may not be able to drive it anywhere near its potential, since he only has a week or so to learn it, and he's gotta get his gentle breakin mileage during that time as well. So this really could come down to the drivers much more than the machines. In that case, it's a much more even (or Z-skewed) situation.
