Message All of that is fine, good and logical...and I did read ALL of it. Unfortunately, you have a weird area in the middle here. Most people here don't go to the track and/or tune their cars for it. Most (or at least a lot of) people also don't understand the ins and outs of oversteer, how to control it properly, counter it, etc. You both are right that the cars understeer quite a bit as they are. The thing that I noticed time and time again was that I had serious oversteer problems with all of my other gear when I lacked the FSTB. I tried altering the sway bars, the shock settings and tire pressure to bring to as close to neutral as I could (which I wanted on the NA rather than a tad of controllable oversteer).

I couldn't do it. Maybe it was a 2+2 thing...maybe it was just my car and it's particular alignment. Perhaps if I took the rear strut tower off it would have been enough, but I DID need the front to get the right feel out there. To me it was not even close to cosmetic...to many it probably is. I just hate blanket statements that it's worthless to EVERYONE and that's what was said.

My White 2+2 is FOR SALE! Click me for the ad :)
