Message barometric pressure must be taken into account since it can vary by ± 0.8 in/Hg (0.39 psi) from day to day.

Along with this the air temp the engine is taking in should be taken into account, anything above 60° F adds to the correction factor and below 60° will subtract.

On last factor is the humidity but its effect is negligible at displacing oxygen content form the air. I doubt any dyno could measure its effect.
