| but there are already several other kits out there that do....there arn't any ture 6 piston big brake kits on the market(except for mine now) that fit the stock wheels. Something that I and many others have wanted for years....which is why I elected to go with 12.5x1.25" rotors. It's nice to be able to keep stock rims with race rubber for weekend driving events. Please explain to me why there is a 'safety' issue with using a 13.6 rotor with the appropriate Wilwood caliper. As long as the pad is in full contact with the rotor and the rotor does not touch the caliper, there is NO safety issue. You know, just a thought, but Wilwood does NOT make any rotors bigger than 13", wonder if that is why they say "up to 13"? I am NOT using Wilwood rotors on my kit (I am using Custom designed RACE rotors) and I could certainly modify the brakets to use a 13.6 or 14" rotor. With out any safety issue...If someone wants to front the cash, I'll take the project on... If you want to check out some other kits that use Wilwood calipers with 13.6 and 14 " rotors, go check out [ www.dilusi.com ] The person who designed the dilusi kits is the same that designed this kit....tons of expertise and experience....
