We had our very first set of our prototype headers in the car. The Sport 500s holding only 19psi and dropping off to almost 17 psi in the dyno. I was also running only a single POP. We tore down the engine less than a month later, and found that pistons #2 & #4 had damaged ring lands. Pulling the pistons out and having piston material come out was a shock. It would have been very interesting to see what the same setup would have done with a good engine and the new Blitz boost controller. Damn the Profec-B after 20 psi. The Blitz unit goes in the car tonight, but that's with a completley new setup. The car right now is running 535s w/ head work, fresh block, stock ported exhaust manifolds (new inconel soon to be), etc.... check my profile for the details. Those are very good #s Chris.
