| From the info I have gathered from creditable sources and research I've done over time, I believe TD05 or TD06 are referring to the turbine housing. If you show me a place where more authoritive info is shown, then I'm wrong. :) With that said, it makes sense a term 'TD05H' means TD05 turbine with 'H', high flow style turbine wheel and housing. It would only make sense to mention turbine and the style together not compressor side and turbine style together. 8cm^2 is the cross-sectional area of the scroll in the turbine housing. 8cm^2 can't mean the housing itself. Because it can't house TD05 and TD06 turbine wheel in there. TD06 turbine wheel is alot bigger. Lastly, for the A/R, you're right. 'R' is not mentioned. But your equation only works if the R increases in proportion of the A. We can assume that. It might be right. But it's only a guess at best. A thread like this should stay on longer and not get rolled out automatically and let 99% of no nothing threads dominate.
