Message	about sending MO. I figured Paypall was asking for verification and he wasn't able to produce it hence they froze the money. No way I was going to send a MO. The guy is brand new with no feedback. Selling bunch of new Hoover vacs. Luckily got my money reversed back to me from Paypal after 10 days.
