Message	please read everyone Well, this past 6 months has been quite a kick in the face but well it happens,(school, g/f probs,unhappy customers, i know that some of you i have done business werent to happy with the end product of my polishing business so i figure its 2003 and its time for changes. the way of doing business as well as some self goals for me. Delivery a better product(take more time) give the customers what they want and better communication is a big bonus ;-). So i guess im kicking some old habits and changing my ways for those of you that are dissapointed in me. I do have to say a few things though. what we see here on the board is not how you know a person you just see what people post and thats how you know people unless you actually know them in person or have visited them. so i know alot of you have gotten the wrong impression on here but believe me on this. its not in my forte to rip people off. I guess i didnt know how to handle the problem very well and just made some bad business decisions. but every business im sure has ran into the same problem at one time or another. SO i want to say im sorry for what has happened in the past with my un happy customers.
